By entering Unified Programming Languages Archive you consent and agree that:

With respect to published Content Unified Programming Languages Archive, here after referred to as UPLA, is the sole authority concerning what Content is published.

With respect to published Content UPLA has the right to remove and/or replace Content at any time without notice and is not required to provide reasons for such removal and/or replacement.

With respect to Content submitted to UPLA for publishing, UPLA is the sole authority concerning what Content is accepted or rejected.

With respect to Content submitted to UPLA and accepted, UPLA does not claim ownership of Content submitted or made available for publication on UPLA. However, with respect to Content submitted or made available for publication on publicly accessible areas of UPLA, you grant UPLA the world-wide, royalty free and non-exclusive license and fully sublicensable license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and publicly display such Content (in whole or in part) and to incorporate such Content into other works in any format or medium now known or later developed. This license shall remain in effect while the content is in the care of UPLA.
- You may request that published Content be removed from publicly accessed areas of UPLA at any time.
- Requests for removal of published Content must be in writing.
- Such requests must state explicitly the Content submitted by you that you want removed and be signed by you.
- UPLA is not required to return the removed Content nor is UPLA required to destroy the Content.
- This license will become invalid within 10 working days after receiving your request and it is determined that you have the authority to make the request.

With respect to Content submitted to UPLA for publication and rejected, UPLA is not required to provide reasons for rejection. Further, UPLA is not required to return or destroy the rejected Content.
